Questions
Frequently asked.
What types of vehicles do you cover?
We cover all passenger vehicles registered or being registered in the UAE — sedans, SUVs, sports cars, EVs, and more. Both GCC-spec and non-GCC/imported vehicles are welcome.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Once we have your details and documents, our licensed broker comes back to you with a binding quote. Upload documents upfront for the fastest turnaround.
Is agency repair available?
Agency (dealer) repair is the default option we request — but availability depends on your vehicle and the policy. We confirm repair options when we send your quote.
What does the Guardian AI app do?
It is your Co-Driver: it warns you before accident-prone stretches on your phone and on CarPlay, scores every drive, shows each trip's fuel use, compares Safest / Fastest / Cheapest routes and runs crash detection. It works from your phone, no hardware, and is free on iPhone and Android.
What documents do I need?
Typically: Emirates ID (front & back), UAE driving licence, and Mulkiya (for renewals) or purchase invoice (for new registrations). Company-owned vehicles also need a trade licence.
